We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. You will be required to make payment in cash at the time of delivery.

- We deliver to select locations. Please ensure that your shipping address is within our service areas.
- Shipping availability will be confirmed during the checkout process.
3. Shipping Timeframe
- Order Processing Time: After you place an order, we will process it within 1-2 business days.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- For urban areas, delivery is typically faster, ranging between 3-5 business days.
- For remote or rural areas, delivery may take 5-7 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping volume, or unforeseen delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Delivery Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size of the order. Delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
- COD Charges: Additional charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) may apply, depending on your delivery area. These will also be displayed during checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your order’s status during transit.
6. Delivery Issues
- Failed Delivery: If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, we will attempt to reschedule the delivery. If we cannot complete the delivery, the order may be canceled.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address information.
- Unavailability: If the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery, the delivery attempt will be rescheduled. If the second attempt also fails, the order will be canceled.

- Before Shipment: You may modify or cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service team
- After Shipment: Once the order is shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
