1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Return:

    • You are eligible for a return only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • We do not accept returns for products that are opened, used, or not in their original condition unless they are defective.
  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • We do not accept returns for items that are correctly delivered and in working condition. Once the product has been accepted by the customer at the time of delivery, it is considered non-returnable.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process:

    • Since we offer only Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed in the form of cash.

    • Refunds will only be considered in cases where the product cannot be replaced or repaired.
    • The refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately by contacting our customer service team. We will arrange for the product to be replaced or offer store credit.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we cannot process a return or refund for any damaged or defective items.

4. Shipping and Handling

  • Return Shipping Costs: In the case of a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the product is returned for any other reason (not defective), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
